概要
Osugata（御姿）は、写真を含むいかなるデータも端末の外に送信しません。取り込んだ写真、遺影らしい構図への調整、背景の差し替え、明るさの調整、その仕上がりは、すべてお使いのiPhoneの中だけで完結します。当方はサーバーを持たず、データが送られる先そのものが存在しません。故人やご家族の写真を外部に預けることなく、その場で仕上げられます。
1. 収集するデータについて
当方は、個人データ・利用データを一切、収集・受信・送信・保存・処理しません。具体的には次のとおりです。
- アカウント登録は不要です（機能自体がありません）。氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等を入力する場面はありません。
- 写真は端末の外に出ません。フォトライブラリから取り込んだ写真、構図・背景・明るさの調整の途中経過や仕上がりは、すべてお使いのiPhone内でのみ処理・保持されます。当方のサーバーは存在せず、アプリが当方に対して写真を送信するネットワーク通信を行うことは一切ありません。
- トラッキングはありません。広告、広告識別子、トラッキング技術は一切含まれておらず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡も行いません。
- アナリティクスはありません。解析SDK、クラッシュレポートSDK、その他サードパーティSDKは一切組み込まれていません。
このため、App StoreにおけるOsugataのAppプライバシー表示は「データを収集しません（Data Not Collected）」です。
2. 写真の取り扱いについて
Osugataのフォトライブラリへのアクセスは、遺影に仕立てる写真を取り込む目的にのみ使用されます。取り込んだ写真そのものや、処理後のフル解像度の完成品は、書き出し後にアプリ内へ残しません。アプリは、同じ写真を追加料金なく再書き出しできるよう、再現に必要な情報（元となった写真の参照と、構図・背景・サイズなどの処理パラメータ）を端末内のアプリ専用領域に保持することがありますが、いずれも外部には送信されません。仕上がった画像は、お客様が「保存」または「共有」の操作を行ったときにのみ、お使いの端末の「写真」アプリ、またはお客様が選んだ共有先へ書き出されます。写真がアップロードされる外部サーバーは存在しません。
3. 端末内での処理（Vision）について
顔の位置検出、および背景の差し替えのための人物の切り抜きには、Appleが提供するオンデバイスのVisionフレームワークを使用します。これらの処理はすべてお使いの端末内（オフライン）で完結し、写真がAppleのサーバーにも、当方のサーバー（存在しません）にも送信されることは一切ありません。Osugataは編集する範囲を構図・背景・明るさに限っており、顔や肌の加工、衣装の生成・合成、表情の変更は行いません。画質そのものを高める超解像処理も搭載していません。詳しくは利用規約をご覧ください。
4. 書き出し・写真ライブラリへの保存について
「保存」の操作を行うと、仕上がった画像がお使いの端末の写真アプリに書き出されます。「共有」を選んだ場合は、お客様がその場で指定した共有先にのみ渡されます。いずれも端末内で完結する処理から始まり、当方への送信は発生しません。書き出し後の写真の管理は、iOSの「写真」アプリの仕組みに従います。
5. 印刷・外部サービスの利用について
書き出したデータをコンビニ印刷やネット印刷、写真店で印刷する場合、その操作はお客様ご自身が第三者のサービスに対して行うものであり、Osugataが当該サービスへデータを送信することはありません。それらのサービスにおける写真・注文情報の取り扱いは、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。印刷所・葬儀社・斎場の受け入れ規格は、事前にご確認ください。
6. 課金について
Osugataの購入（1枚仕上げの権利、および無制限プラン）は、AppleのApp Store（StoreKit）によって処理されます。決済はAppleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーのもとでAppleが取り扱います。当方が、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・請求先住所・クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報に触れることは一切ありません。アプリは、購入が有効かどうかを端末上のStoreKitを通じて確認し、残りの書き出し権と、それに紐づく写真の識別情報を端末内（Keychain）に記録するのみです。詳しい課金の仕組みは利用規約をご覧ください。
7. お子様のプライバシー
Osugataは誰からもデータを収集しないため、お子様からもデータを収集しません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上記の制定日（改定日）を改めます。データ収集を伴う変更（現時点で予定はありません）を行う場合は、適用前にアプリ内で明確にお知らせします。

Summary
Osugata never sends your photos off your device. Every photo you import, along with the composition adjustment, background replacement, and brightness adjustment that follow, is processed entirely on your own iPhone. We operate no server, so there is nowhere for that data to go. A loved one's photograph stays private, prepared right where it is.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect, receive, transmit, store, or process any personal data or usage data whatsoever. Specifically:
- No account is required or offered. You never provide a name, email address, or password to use Osugata.
- No photo leaves your device. Photos you import, along with the intermediate and finished results of composition, background, and brightness adjustment, are processed and held only on your iPhone. Osugata operates without any server of ours — the app makes no network connection to send us your photos.
- No tracking. Osugata contains no advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking technologies, and does not track you across apps or websites.
- No analytics. Osugata contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Accordingly, Osugata's App Privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected."
2. How Photos Are Handled
Osugata's photo-library access is used only to bring in the photo you want to turn into a memorial portrait. Imported photos and the finished full-resolution output are not kept inside the app after you export. So that the same photo can be re-exported at no additional charge, the app may store only what is needed to recreate a result — a reference to the source photo and the processing parameters (composition, background, size) — all held in the app's private storage on your device and never transmitted. A finished image is written out only when you tap "Save" or "Share," to your device's Photos app or to a destination you choose. There is no external server that any photo is ever uploaded to.
3. On-Device Processing (Vision)
Face detection and the person segmentation used to replace a background run on Apple's on-device Vision framework. All of this processing happens entirely on your device (offline) — no photo is ever sent to Apple's servers or to our servers (we have none). Osugata limits editing to composition, background, and brightness; it does not retouch faces or skin, generate or composite clothing, or change expressions, and it contains no super-resolution enhancement. 4. Export and Saving to Your Photo Library
Tapping "Save" writes the finished image to your device's Photos app. Choosing "Share" hands it only to the destination you pick at that moment. Both begin as fully on-device operations — nothing is transmitted to us. Once saved, the photo is managed like any other photo through iOS's own Photos app.
5. Printing and Third-Party Services
If you print the exported file at a convenience store, an online print service, or a photo shop, that is an action you take with a third party, and Osugata sends no data to that service. Those services' handling of your photo and order information is governed by their own privacy policies. Please confirm size requirements with your print shop, funeral home, or ceremony hall in advance.
6. Purchases
Purchases in Osugata (a single-portrait export right, and the unlimited plan) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Payment is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or have access to your name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or any other payment information. The app only checks, via StoreKit on your device, whether a purchase is valid, and keeps a local record (in the device Keychain) of remaining export rights and the identifier of the photo each is linked to. 7. Children's Privacy
Because Osugata collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Any change that would involve collecting data (which we do not plan) would be clearly communicated in the app before taking effect.
