概要
Osugata（御姿）のアプリは、写真を含むいかなるデータも端末の外に送信しません。取り込んだ写真、遺影らしい構図への調整、背景の差し替え、明るさ（コントラストを含む）の調整、その仕上がりは、すべてお使いのiPhoneの中だけで完結します。当方はアプリ用のサーバーを持たず、アプリがデータを送る先そのものが存在しません。故人やご家族の写真を外部に預けることなく、その場で仕上げられます。なお、アプリの外にある任意のご意見フォームに入力・送信された内容は、第1項のとおり扱います。
1. 収集するデータについて
Osugata のアプリ自体は、個人データ・利用データを一切、収集・受信・送信・保存・処理しません（アプリの外にあるご意見フォームに、お客様が自分の意思で入力・送信された内容は別です。下の項目をご覧ください）。具体的には次のとおりです。
- アカウント登録は不要です（機能自体がありません）。氏名・メールアドレス・パスワード等を、アプリの中で入力する場面はありません。
- アプリ自体は、写真などお客様のデータを送信しません。ご意見・不具合は、当方（ZA-ONE）の Web フォーム（https://zone-web.jp/ios/feedback/）から送れます。アプリ 1.3.3 以降では、設定の「ご意見・不具合を送る」を押すと、ブラウザでこのフォームが開きます。このとき、アプリがフォームの URL に付けて渡すのは、アプリ名・版・iOS の版だけです（写真・作品・端末の識別子は含みません）。フォームで入力・送信された内容（ご意見の種類と内容、任意のメールアドレス、アプリから開いたときに自動で入るアプリ名・版・iOS の版）は、受け取った日時とともに Google のスプレッドシートに保存されます。使い道は、お返事と、アプリの改善だけです（メールアドレスは、お返事を希望された場合のみ使います）。ZA-ONE のプライバシーポリシーにも同じ趣旨を載せています。フォームの送信内容には、IP アドレスや端末の識別子を含めず、保存しません。送信した内容の削除をご希望の場合は、第9項のメールアドレスへご連絡ください。このフォームはアプリの外の Web ページで、入力するかどうかは任意です。
- 写真は端末の外に出ません。フォトライブラリから取り込んだ写真、構図・背景・明るさ（コントラストを含む）の調整の途中経過や仕上がりは、すべてお使いのiPhone内でのみ処理・保持されます。アプリ用の当方のサーバーは存在せず、アプリが当方に対して写真を送信するネットワーク通信を行うことは一切ありません。
- トラッキングはありません。広告、広告識別子、トラッキング技術は一切含まれておらず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断した追跡も行いません。
- アナリティクスはありません。解析SDK、クラッシュレポートSDK、その他サードパーティSDKは一切組み込まれていません。
このため、App StoreにおけるOsugataのAppプライバシー表示は「データを収集しません（Data Not Collected）」です。
2. 写真の取り扱いについて
Osugataのフォトライブラリへのアクセスは、遺影に仕立てる写真、またはメモリアルムービーに並べる写真を取り込む目的にのみ使用されます。遺影写真（写真1枚ずつの仕上げ）では、取り込んだ写真そのものや、処理後のフル解像度の完成品は、書き出し後にアプリ内へ残しません。アプリは、同じ写真を追加料金なく再書き出しできるよう、再現に必要な情報（元となった写真の参照と、構図・背景・サイズなどの処理パラメータ）を端末内のアプリ専用領域に保持することがありますが、いずれも外部には送信されません。仕上がった画像は、お客様が「保存」または「共有」の操作を行ったときにのみ、お使いの端末の「写真」アプリ、またはお客様が選んだ共有先へ書き出されます。写真がアップロードされる外部サーバーは存在しません。
メモリアルムービーでは、作りかけの作品を端末内に保存します。アプリを閉じても続きから直せるよう、並べた写真の縮小した写し（長辺1920ピクセル以下のJPEG・最大80枚）と、作品の記録（写真の並び、1枚の秒数、余白の色、「お名前と生没年の一枚」に入力したお名前と生没年）を、端末内のアプリ専用領域（Application Support）に保存します。保存する作品は1つです。これらは書き出しの後も、お客様が消すまで残ります。書き出した動画ファイル（MP4）は、次に動画を書き出すまで、アプリの一時領域に残ります。アプリがこれらを当方を含む外部へ送信することはありません。なお、iPhoneのバックアップ（iCloudバックアップなど）をお使いの場合、アプリ専用領域に保存した作品は、iOSの仕組みによりお客様のバックアップに含まれることがあります。
メモリアルムービーの作品を消すには: 写真は、「写真を並べる」画面で写真をタップして選び、「外す」を押すと、その写真の写しが端末から消えます。お名前と生没年は、「映像の設定」で「お名前と生没年の一枚」のスイッチを入れ、入力欄を空にしてください（スイッチを切るだけでは、入力した文字は端末に残ります）。アプリを削除すると、保存した作品と一時領域の動画ファイルは、すべて端末から消えます（購入の記録の扱いは第6項をご覧ください）。
3. 端末内での処理（Vision）について
顔の位置検出、および背景の差し替えのための人物の切り抜きには、Appleが提供するオンデバイスのVisionフレームワークを使用します。これらの処理はすべてお使いの端末内（オフライン）で完結し、写真がAppleのサーバーにも、アプリ用の当方のサーバー（存在しません）にも送信されることは一切ありません。Osugataは編集する範囲を構図・背景・明るさ（コントラストを含む）に限っており、顔や肌の加工、衣装の生成・合成、表情の変更は行いません。画質そのものを高める超解像処理も搭載していません。詳しくは利用規約をご覧ください。
4. 書き出し・写真ライブラリへの保存について
「保存」の操作を行うと、仕上がった画像がお使いの端末の写真アプリに書き出されます。「共有」を選んだ場合は、お客様がその場で指定した共有先にのみ渡されます。メモリアルムービーの動画（MP4）は、書き出しの完了画面で「ファイル App に保存」を選ぶとお客様が選んだ保存先へ、「共有」を選ぶとお客様がその場で指定した共有先（写真アプリへの保存を含みます）へ、コピーが渡されます。いずれも端末内で完結する処理から始まり、当方への送信は発生しません。書き出し後の写真・動画の管理は、iOSの「写真」アプリ・「ファイル」アプリなど、保存先の仕組みに従います。
5. 印刷・外部サービスの利用について
書き出したデータをコンビニ印刷やネット印刷、写真店で印刷する場合、その操作はお客様ご自身が第三者のサービスに対して行うものであり、Osugataが当該サービスへデータを送信することはありません。それらのサービスにおける写真・注文情報の取り扱いは、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。印刷所・葬儀社・斎場の受け入れ規格は、事前にご確認ください。
6. 課金について
Osugataの購入（写真の書き出しの権利「1枚仕上げ（全サイズ込み）」「3枚仕上げ（全サイズ込み）」、動画の書き出しの権利「メモリアルムービー 1本（40枚まで）」「メモリアルムービー 1本（80枚まで）」、写真館・葬儀社などの業者向けの自動更新サブスクリプション「写真館・葬儀社向け 月額プラン」、および無制限プラン（買い切り））は、AppleのApp Store（StoreKit）によって処理されます。決済はAppleの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーのもとでAppleが取り扱います。当方が、お客様の氏名・メールアドレス・請求先住所・クレジットカード番号その他の決済情報に触れることは一切ありません。アプリは、購入やサブスクリプションが有効かどうかを端末上のStoreKitを通じて確認し、残りの書き出し権と、それに紐づく写真の識別情報・動画の作品の識別情報、動画の作り直しの期限（最初の書き出しから7日間）の判定に使う日時、およびその7日間に足した写真の枚数を、端末内（Keychain）に記録するのみです。Keychainの記録（書き出しの残り・写真と動画の識別情報・日時・足した写真の枚数）は、同じ端末での再インストールに備え、アプリを削除しても端末に残ります。詳しい課金の仕組みは利用規約をご覧ください。
7. お子様のプライバシー
Osugataのアプリは誰からもデータを収集しないため、お子様からもデータを収集しません。なお、ご意見フォームは Web ページで、入力するかどうかは任意です（お子様が使う場合は、保護者の方がご確認ください）。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、上記の制定日（改定日）を改めます。アプリがデータ収集を伴う変更（現時点で予定はありません）を行う場合は、適用前にアプリ内で明確にお知らせします。

Summary
The Osugata app never sends your photos off your device. Every photo you import, along with the composition adjustment, background replacement, and brightness/contrast adjustment that follow, is processed entirely on your own iPhone. We operate no app server, so there is nowhere for the app to send that data. A loved one's photograph stays private, prepared right where it is. Anything you choose to enter and submit in the optional feedback form outside the app is handled as described in Section 1.
1. Data We Collect
The Osugata app itself does not collect, receive, transmit, store, or process any personal data or usage data whatsoever (what you yourself choose to enter and submit in the feedback form outside the app is separate; see the item below). Specifically:
- No account is required or offered. You never enter a name, email address, or password inside the app to use Osugata.
- The app itself does not send your photos or other data. You can send feedback or report a problem through our (ZA-ONE's) web form (https://zone-web.jp/ios/feedback/). In app version 1.3.3 and later, tapping "Send feedback" in Settings opens this form in your browser. The only things the app adds to the form's URL are the app name, the app version, and the iOS version (never your photos, your work, or any device identifier). What you enter and submit in the form (the type and content of your feedback, an optional email address, and the app name, app version, and iOS version that are filled in automatically when the form is opened from the app) is saved in a Google spreadsheet together with the date and time we received it. We use it only to reply to you and to improve the app (your email address is used only if you asked for a reply). The same purpose is described in ZA-ONE's privacy policy. The form's submissions do not include, and we do not store, your IP address or any device identifier. If you would like what you submitted deleted, email the address in Section 9. The form is a web page outside the app, and filling it in is entirely optional.
- No photo leaves your device. Photos you import, along with the intermediate and finished results of composition, background, and brightness/contrast adjustment, are processed and held only on your iPhone. Osugata operates without any app server of ours — the app makes no network connection to send us your photos.
- No tracking. Osugata contains no advertising, no ad identifiers, no tracking technologies, and does not track you across apps or websites.
- No analytics. Osugata contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Accordingly, Osugata's App Privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected."
2. How Photos Are Handled
Osugata's photo-library access is used only to bring in the photo you want to turn into a memorial portrait, or the photos you arrange into a memorial movie. For memorial portraits (preparing one photo at a time), imported photos and the finished full-resolution output are not kept inside the app after you export. So that the same photo can be re-exported at no additional charge, the app may store only what is needed to recreate a result — a reference to the source photo and the processing parameters (composition, background, size) — all held in the app's private storage on your device and never transmitted. A finished image is written out only when you tap "Save" or "Share," to your device's Photos app or to a destination you choose. There is no external server that any photo is ever uploaded to.
For memorial movies, the app saves your work in progress on your device. So that you can close the app and keep editing later, it stores reduced-size copies of the photos you arranged (JPEG, up to 1920 pixels on the long side, up to 80 photos) and a record of the movie (the order of the photos, seconds per photo, margin color, and the name and years you entered for the "Name and years card") in the app's private storage on your device (Application Support). The app keeps one movie in progress. These stay after you export, until you delete them. The exported movie file (MP4) stays in the app's temporary storage until you export your next movie. The app never transmits any of this to us or to anyone else. If you use an iPhone backup (such as iCloud Backup), iOS may include the work saved in the app's private storage in your backup.
To delete your memorial movie work: On the "Arrange photos" screen, tap a photo to select it, then tap "Remove" — that photo's copy is deleted from your device. To delete the name and years, go to "Movie settings," turn on "Name and years card," and clear the fields (turning the switch off alone keeps what you typed on your device). Deleting the app removes all saved work and the temporary movie file from your device (see Section 6 for purchase records).
3. On-Device Processing (Vision)
Face detection and the person segmentation used to replace a background run on Apple's on-device Vision framework. All of this processing happens entirely on your device (offline) — no photo is ever sent to Apple's servers or to any app server of ours (we operate none). Osugata limits editing to composition, background, and brightness/contrast; it does not retouch faces or skin, generate or composite clothing, or change expressions, and it contains no super-resolution enhancement. See the Terms of Use for details.
4. Export and Saving to Your Photo Library
Tapping "Save" writes the finished image to your device's Photos app. Choosing "Share" hands it only to the destination you pick at that moment. For a memorial movie (MP4), choosing "Save to Files" on the completion screen hands a copy to the location you pick, and choosing "Share" hands a copy only to the destination you pick at that moment (which can include saving it to Photos). All of these begin as fully on-device operations — nothing is transmitted to us. Once saved, the photo or movie is managed by wherever you saved it, such as iOS's own Photos or Files app.
5. Printing and Third-Party Services
If you print the exported file at a convenience store, an online print service, or a photo shop, that is an action you take with a third party, and Osugata sends no data to that service. Those services' handling of your photo and order information is governed by their own privacy policies. Please confirm size requirements with your print shop, funeral home, or ceremony hall in advance.
6. Purchases
Purchases in Osugata (the photo export rights "One Portrait, All Sizes" and "Three Portraits, All Sizes," the movie export rights "One Memorial Movie (up to 40)," and "One Memorial Movie (up to 80)," the auto-renewing subscription for businesses such as photo studios and funeral homes, "Studio & Funeral Home Monthly," and the Unlimited plan (one-time)) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Payment is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. We never see or have access to your name, email address, billing address, credit card number, or any other payment information. The app only checks, via StoreKit on your device, whether a purchase or subscription is valid, and keeps a local record (in the device Keychain) of remaining export rights, the identifier of the photo or movie each is linked to, the times used to decide the movie re-edit period (7 days from the first export), and the number of photos added during those 7 days. So that credits survive a reinstall on the same device, this Keychain record (remaining export rights, photo and movie identifiers, times, and the number of added photos) stays on your device even if you delete the app. See the Terms of Use for details on how billing works.
7. Children's Privacy
Because the Osugata app collects no data from anyone, it also collects no data from children. The feedback form is a web page and filling it in is optional (if a child uses it, a parent or guardian should check first).
8. Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Any change that would involve the app collecting data (which we do not plan) would be clearly communicated in the app before taking effect.
